We are located in the Bronx section of New York City.
All rates are based upon a one day event. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm all rental reservations. A security deposit of $25 is required for all rentals orders as well. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of items in the condition the items were received by customer . Customer forfeits deposit upon cancellation.
The $25 security deposit will be refunded upon cancellation.
Final payments are due 10 DAYS PRIOR to event. Steph's Beauties Vending LLC accepts cash, money orders, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Zelle and PayPal.
ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR RESERVATION HOLD AND SECURITY DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Steph's Beauties Vending LLC charges a 8% non-refundable damage waiver to the cost of all rental items except (Photobooth and Popcorn machine because an operator is supplied with the packages). The 8% covers wear and tear on items and is NOT to be considered insurance. The damage waiver relieves the renter of MINOR damages to the rental equipment. The renter is NOT covered under the damage waiver for theft, vandalism, misuse, or missing items. All broken items and pieces MUST be returned Steph's Beauties Vending LLC to be covered under the damaged waiver.
Steph's Beauties Vending LLC proudly serves 5 boroughs of New York City except Staten Island.
Delivery Fees are applied to all rental orders that are not picked up in person. $25 fee to deliver in Bronx and some areas in Manhattan. Please inquire about addresses that are deliverable.
All Rentals are to be returned by end of event if finished before or by 8pm or 12pm next day. A late fee will be charged if returned later than 12pm next day( Sundays will be open only for drop off or scheduled pick up). If you would like rentals to be picked up next day after event there is a $25 fee that will be applied if requested in Bronx and some areas in Manhattan. Please inquire about addresses that pick up is available.
We do not deliver or pick up in Queens and Brooklyn as of present day. You must pick up and return all rentals in person to Bronx location.

All equipment will be dropped off at the location discussed at bookings. Drop off time will be at 12pm. After 12pm a late fee will be added.
Yes, equipment will be set unless otherwise stated at time of bookings.
Steph’s Beauties Vending LLC encourages you to book at least 60 days in advance so that we can try to accommodate you and get the day you would like for your event.
We ask that all equipment and linens be wiped free of food and beverages. Please make sure they are dry to avoid mildew and staining. We will wash, sanitize and clean all equipment once returned.
Missing items will be billed to you accordingly unless they are returned in a timely fashion. The amount depends on the number of missing items and what exactly is missing. If an item is broken or damaged please return them so it can be covered under the damage waiver as stated above.
